Having attended hundreds of events all over the country, I understand how critical it is to have the right speaker. It can be challenging to say the least.
The success of an event often hinges on the impact of the speakers you bring to the stage.
Finding just the right person can be a laborious task. I hope you find this page helpful in making the right decision for your event.

You know… It doesn’t have to be that way. There are some really easy steps that can be taken to look, feel and be more confident and effective in front of an audience.
Your audience does not expect you to be perfect… but they do expect you to be effective.
Let’s work together on these three things:
– The 7 P’s
– First Burst
Every Marine has 14 Leadership Traits and 11 Leadership Principles in his or her DNA. These traits and principles are part of the legacy of the Corps. The leadership principles developed and used but the Marine Corps have been tested on the battle field and in the board room, and they have been proven effective.
Let’s talk about a few of the most important traits, and how you can’t find them on a resume!
A bit more about frank
My leadership philosophy began at home. My father placed the bar very high and my goal in life was to get over that bar and make him proud.
After leaving the safety and comfort of his home, I joined the United States Marine Corps and spent seven years in the USMCR. The Marine Corps picked up where my father left off. Much of my leadership style was honed as a non-commissioned officer in the Marines.
I have invested the past 30 plus years in executive level leadership in some dynamic growing companies including owning several businesses of my own.
My corporate responsibilities have included sales, services, information technologies and many other aspects involved in growing a company from a staff of 5, to a national organization of over 500.
I currently do executive coaching, training and speaking. I also publish two podcasts, Lead Like a Marine, directed at assisting our US service members as they transition from active duty into the civilian workplace and The Leaders Bookshelf a weekly show featuring very short (5-8 minute) reviews of great business, leadership and personal growth books that I have read.
Out side of my family, I am passionate about three things… Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Helping Veterans transition successfully into the civilian marketplace.
